New blog - this life that I love

I love to blog, and I felt like I should add another to the list that I have on this blogger account. I have a food journal (which is sadly lacking) and a blog about being vegan (which only requires updating from time to time and usually happens to be a place to post either my dismal failures or bright accomplishments), but I realized that I didn't have one to just write about life in general. That has now been changed! Ta-da!

Me and the hubs are currently sitting in Barnes and Noble. He is being studious and intellectual doing his calculus homework, and I am taking a break from grading papers to wander the aisles, read books about special ed, traveling, and crocheting/knitting, and start this new blog. The pumpkin spice soy frappaccino I had about 30 minutes ago is definitely kicking in! Yummy. :)

I love book stores. I love finding books about new and interesting things, and thinking about all the books I would write if I had the time. I wish I could come here every week and buy a new book! But then I would have to have time to read them. I also wish I could go to a craft store every week, and do a new craft! But, then again, I would actually have to have time to make crafts! How on earth do people ever have TIME in their lives to do any of these things?? Daryl and I had a conversation earlier today about just that topic. We were discussing our desperate need to work out, and how we feel like we never have time to do so. But the NEED is definitely there, know what I mean? Ugh, it's sick. But he still thinks I'm beautiful and sexy. :) He's pretty awesome. We're going to try to be good time managers this week and work out 4 times. Woohoo... yay us.

While I'm blogging about all sorts of random things, here's another. I want to get a new tattoo. Or 2 or 3. Nothing obscene or gross or excessively large, but just a couple more little ones. All I need to do is figure out what I want, then save up the cash. The cash is, of course, the biggest issue. :)

Alright friends (that is, of course, assuming on my part that there are any friends reading this thing) it's time to go read "The rough guide to Europe on a budget". I showed this to Daryl and he pointed out that it said "A budget", not "OUR budget". Whatevs, I'm still going to read it. :)
